Ordering Instructions
We make it simple for you to submit a print job. Submit a Print and Design form or send a hard copy through the GHAEA van mail addressed to GHAEA Print and Design Services. Be sure to fill out the pertinent information and add any special instructions such as deadline, etc. If your school requires a purchase order, you must enter the PO number on the order form before your job can be processed. If you would like a quote prior to your job being processed, call the Print and Design Services at 712-366-0503 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Most jobs can be completed for next van delivery. Orders that need graphic design work or finishing work will take longer to complete. All requests for graphic design must be approved by the requester before being processed.

Orders will be sent to the requester via GHAEA van delivery unless arrangements are made to have the order picked up at the Print & Design Center at Halverson Center. Keep in mind that the summer months are particularly busy as teachers submit jobs to be completed in time for the start of the school year, so please allow extra time for turnaround from late June through late August.
